Royal HaskoningDHV is a leading independent and international service provider in the field of project management and engineering consultancy. Every year our specialists work on transport and asset management, aviation, buildings, industry, energy and mining, infrastructure, maritime and waterways, planning and strategy, rivers, delta's and coasts.

Our task is to manage all infrastructure and facilities outside the factory boundaries (OBL) of the various chemical process industry factories in the field. Royal HaskoningDHV (RHDHV) is responsible for maintaining a proper level of maintenance and availability of facilities, such that the chemical plants are assured of service in respect of their production. We manage Chemelot from Maastricht Airport office and a service point on the site.

Our services include the following components:

• Mapping & Registry.
• Monitoring and enforcement of the SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations on the site, for all infrastructure and facilities.
• Maintenance of the following assets at the correct level of availability, reliability and safety of the service: sewerage, ready-made installations including E & W installations, roads and parking areas, green on and off the Chemelotterrein, hardenings, chain parks, harbor, rail, columns, bridges and works of art.
• Land and soil management at the lowest possible cost, taking into account the current Decision of the entire location.

PAS 55 certificate

PAS 55 makes asset management insightful and testable, just what is needed in this changing economy. The PAS 55 certificate obtained for us on Asset Management activities at Chemelot shows that we are able to set up and manage an asset management organization, with the ownership interest in mind. In other words, clear risk management and optimal Life Cycle Management sent from established Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators based on the client's interests and strategy.
