Why we need Graafgebiedinformatie?
Digging in a chemical industry always seeks lot of attention and requires safety measures. Digging at Chemelot even requires more information to completly avoid any kind of unwanted incidents or breakage of any existing system.
To ensure safety and securly execution of digging process, its mandatory to request excavation information from RHDHV before starting any work in site area. This information can be related to any underground infrastructure e.g. electricity cables, any kind of pipelines or sewer system.
This webapp allows user to work in a well structured and predefined process where he/she can request the authorities and get the necessary information and approval.
Digging (excavation) requests
A request can be made prior to any digging work within the Chemelot site area. After filling the request form and select the work location, the request will be submitted and notified to authorize persons which are responsible for allow or disapprove the request. If approved, the requester will get notified along with the desired information about the area they want to dig.
Orientation requests
One can also get the infortmation even though is not intented to dig at the designated location. Similar to digging request, the orientation requests can also be made but do not have any start and end date. Such requests are automatically closed once get approved or rejected.
Draw your work location
Powered by ArcGIS server, defining location of the work area is so simple in the application. Supported with street view, aerial photograph, buildings and other important information like terrein and columns and other information
Notifications
Users will get notified by an email on each action they perform e.g. making a new request, action on their request by an administrator, closing a request, periodic notifications on overdue requests.
